Cloudhands supports two ways to sign in: email + password and social accounts (Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, or X). The steps below cover both.
If you signed up with email and password
Forgot your password? On the login page, click Forgot password? and enter your email address. You will get a reset link in your inbox within a few minutes.
Things to try
- Make sure you are using the same method you signed up with. Signing in with Google when your account was created with Apple — or with email and password — will create a separate account instead of logging you in.
- Clear your browser cookies and try again, or open a private/incognito window.
- Disable any VPN or browser extension that blocks third-party cookies — these can interrupt the sign-in redirect.
- Try a different browser.
Heads up: If you signed up with a work Microsoft or Google account, your organization’s IT policy may block third-party sign-in. Try your personal account instead.
