Delete your account
Go to Account → Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page. The account deletion option is there. Deletion is permanent — your generations, credits, and profile are removed and cannot be recovered.
Heads up: Unused paid credits are not refunded when an account is deleted. Use your balance before requesting deletion if you want to keep it.
Request a copy of your data
You can request an export of the data Cloudhands holds about you. Email privacy@cloudhands.ai with the subject line "Data Export Request" and include your account email. We will respond within 30 days.
