OUR SITE MAY SHARE INFORMATION YOU INPUT INTO PRODUCTS, OFFERINGS, SERVICES OR AI SOLUTIONS MADE AVAILABLE BY CLOUDHANDS INCLUDING OUR THIRD-PARTY USERS AND DEVELOPERS; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEW OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO AI SOLUTIONS OFFERED BY THIRD-PARTIES; ALTHOUGH CLOUDHANDS PROVIDES ACCESS TO AI SOLUTIONS THAT ARE LISTED ON OUR CLOUDHANDS-UTILIZED AI SOLUTIONS LIST, CLOUDHANDS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD PARTY TERMS OR CONDITIONS RELATED TO SUCH THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OFFERINGS OR AI SOLUTIONS. 

IT IS GOOD PRACTICE, AND YOU ARE HEREBY ADVISED, NOT TO INPUT ANY SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION INTO ANY AI SOLUTOINS MADE AVAILABLE ON THE SITE.

Bot Privacy Classification:

  • Cloudhands Bots: Do not use chats for training.
  • Third-Party Bots: Third-Party Bots may use anonymized or de-identified chat data for model improvement or other purposes. We do not control how third-party providers use such data, however, see our cloudhands-Utilized AI Solutions List for descriptions of terms related to certain third-party AI Solutions providers that are utilized on the Site. Please review the bot’s profile and privacy terms before use.

Our online Site provides access to various artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that may be developed by Us, third-party Developers, and other Users on the Site. These solutions may utilize different AI engines, each governed by distinct terms related to data privacy, input usage rights, and output ownership.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable terms and conditions before engaging with or purchasing any AI solutions available on Site. We recommend that you refrain from inputting any sensitive information such as financial, personal or health information into the AI solutions in order to avoid the risk of unauthorized access to your personal information and data.
