Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: March 19, 2026
Welcome to Cloudhands, Inc. ("Cloudhands," "we," "us," "our"). Cloudhands is committed to making our website at cloudhands.ai, along with any related services, features, content or credits available through our platform (collectively, the "Platform") usable, welcoming, and accessible to as many people as possible. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we view it as part of our responsibility to create a Platform that empowers everyone to make wonderful things with AI.
Conformance status
Cloudhands aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the widely recognized standard for digital accessibility. These guidelines help ensure that websites and applications are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with a wide range of abilities. More information on these guidelines can be found at: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) .

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
The Cloudhands Platform is designed to work with modern browsers and commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers, browser zoom, and keyboard navigation.
The Platform is expected to work with the following environments:
- Google Chrome (latest two major versions) on Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS
- Microsoft Edge (latest two major versions) on Windows and macOS
- Mozilla Firefox (latest two major versions) on Windows and macOS
- Apple Safari (latest two major versions) on macOS and iOS
- Google Chrome for Android (latest version)
- NVDA screen reader with Chrome or Firefox on Windows
- VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS
- Browser zoom up to 200% in all supported browsers
- Keyboard-only navigation in all supported browsers
The Platform may not function optimally on significantly outdated browsers or unsupported assistive technologies. The Cloudhands Platform is not compatible with:
- Internet Explorer (all versions)
- Browsers that have not been updated in more than two major release cycles
- Assistive technologies that do not support modern web standards (WAI-ARIA 1.1, HTML5)
Technical specifications
Accessibility of our Cloudhands Platform relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:
- HTML5
- WAI-ARIA
- CSS
- JavaScript
- SVG
These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
Limitations and alternatives
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Platform may not yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Known limitations include:
Known limitations for the Cloudhands Platform:
AI-Generated Media Content: Images, videos, and audio generated by the Platform may not include alternative text descriptions or captions. This occurs because the content is dynamically created by AI models that do not produce accessibility metadata. We are working to incorporate automated alt-text generation for AI-created images. In the meantime, users may contact support@cloudhands.ai for assistance accessing generated content.
Real-Time Generation Progress: When AI content is being generated, progress updates and status changes may not be fully announced to screen readers. This occurs because the generation process uses dynamic visual indicators that do not always trigger assistive technology announcements. We are working to improve ARIA live region coverage for these updates. In the meantime, the generation result is accessible once complete.
Audio Player Controls: The custom audio player used for music and speech playback may have limited keyboard accessibility and screen reader support. This occurs because the player uses custom controls rather than native browser audio elements. In the meantime, users can download audio files directly and play them in their preferred accessible media player.
Studio Input Area: The prompt input area in the AI Studio uses a rich text editor that may not fully support all screen reader interactions. This occurs because the editor uses a custom editable region to support advanced features such as file attachments. In the meantime, users can type prompts using standard keyboard input, and all generation features remain functional.
Color Contrast in Dark Mode: Some text elements in the dark theme may not meet the WCAG AA minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1. This occurs because the dark theme prioritizes a subdued visual aesthetic for extended use. We are reviewing and adjusting contrast values on an ongoing basis. Users may switch to the light theme for improved contrast.
Third-Party Content: Some content loaded from third-party services, such as payment processing (Stripe) and OAuth login providers, is outside of our direct control and may have its own accessibility limitations.
