How to export your data or delete your account

Downloading your data

You can request a copy of your Cloudhands data - your account information, generation history, and associated content - at any time:

  1. Log in and go to Settings → Account
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Request export 
  3. We will email you  a link when it's ready.

Deleting Your Account

There are two ways to delete your Cloudhands account. Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed. Any unused credits are forfeited.

Option 1: Through Account Settings

  1. Log in and go to Settings → Account
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Request Deletion

Shortcut: If you're already signed in, you can go directly to your Account Settings and scroll down to Request deletion.

Your request will be processed shortly after submission.

Option 2: Email Us

Email privacy@cloudhands.ai from the address on your account with the subject line "Account deletion request" and our team will take care of the rest.

Heads up: Cloudhands passes your prompts to third-party AI models when you run generations. Once a prompt reaches an AI provider, it's subject to that provider's privacy policy. We can delete our copy, but we can't delete data held by third parties.
